- Clear status: Watch the request move from “sent” to “accepted” to “on-site” with automatic check-ins.
How to set it up in 3 steps
- Dial in your brief: Add access notes, timing, and client context once. Save as a template for recurring routes.
- Set coverage rules: Choose your preferred coverage radius and minimum rating so we only ping trusted partners.
- Turn on alerts: Enable SMS or push so you know the second a showing is accepted.
Pro tip: Save a “luxury listing” template with stricter rating requirements and a smaller radius; use a wider radius for entry-level rentals.
Safety and verification
Every agent in the instant pool is verified. We re-check credentials periodically and show you when they were last updated. You can also limit matching to agents you or your brokerage have pre-approved.
