Introducing instant matching with verified local agents

What changed

We rebuilt matching from the ground up. Instead of a single broadcast to every nearby agent, Showfer now scores each candidate on proximity, recent performance, specialization, and current availability — then routes to the best fit first. The result: faster confirmations and better-matched agents for every showing.

How instant matching works

• Smart routing: Each agent in the area is scored on acceptance rate, response time, star ratings, and past activity in that specific zip code. The highest scorer gets first ping.
• Preference-aware: Tell us the property type, price band, and any client sensitivities. Agents who specialize in those criteria are weighted higher in the ranking.
• Clear status tracking: Watch your request move from "sent" to "accepted" to "on-site" with automatic check-ins at each milestone. No more wondering where things stand.
• Fallback logic: If the top match declines or doesn't respond within 60 seconds, the next best candidate is pinged automatically — no action needed from you.

How to set it up in 3 steps

• Dial in your brief: Add access notes, timing constraints, and client context once. Save it as a template for recurring routes so you're not retyping the same details.
• Set coverage rules: Choose your preferred radius and minimum star rating so we only reach out to partners you'd trust with your clients.
• Turn on alerts: Enable SMS or push notifications so you know the moment a showing is accepted — even if you're mid-appointment.

Safety and verification

Every agent in the instant matching pool has been verified. We check active license status, review public records, and collect brokerage affiliation before any agent appears in results. Credentials are re-checked periodically, and you can see when each agent was last reviewed directly in the app.

You can also restrict matching to agents your brokerage has pre-approved — useful for teams that want a trusted roster before opening to the broader pool.

What's next

We're rolling out auto-prep messages for matched agents — property-specific parking instructions, entry details, and talking points pulled from your brief automatically. Richer reporting on acceptance and on-time rates by neighborhood is also coming in the next release.
